About this tool
Upload two or more PDFs and every page from every file appears below as a thumbnail, in the order the files were added. Drag any thumbnail anywhere in the grid to change the final page order — you're not limited to reordering whole files, individual pages can be interleaved however you like. Each card also has ◀ ▶ move buttons and a remove (✕) button for precise, non-drag control, and each uploaded file can be removed entirely from the list above the grid.
Merging is done with pdf-lib, which copies the actual page content (vector graphics, text, and embedded images) from each source PDF into a new document in your chosen order — it isn't rasterizing pages into images, so text stays selectable and sharp at any zoom. Thumbnails are rendered with Mozilla's pdf.js.
Your files are read directly in the browser tab with the File API and never leave your device — there is no upload, and the merge, thumbnailing, and download all happen locally.
