About this tool

Mark two lines 20 metres apart. Starting at Level 1, run from one line to the other before each beep sounds, touching or turning at the line — arrive early and wait for the beep, arrive late and you're falling behind the pace. Every level raises the speed and shortens the time you have per shuttle; a triple-beep and a short pause mark the start of each new level.

The table below follows the standard 21-level pacing used in the classic multi-stage fitness test (sometimes called the "bleep test" or PACER test): starting at 8.0 km/h and increasing by 0.5 km/h each level. Your best level reached is saved on this device.

This runs entirely in your browser — turn your volume up, and for a real test, run it somewhere with space and good footing.
