About this tool
The target date and time are read in your device's local time zone and compared against the current moment every second — the days/hours/minutes/seconds breakdown shows only the time remaining in each unit (e.g. "2 hours" means 2 full hours left over after the day count, not 2 hours total).
Nothing entered here is sent to a server — the entire countdown runs as JavaScript in your browser tab, and stops updating if you close or leave the page.
