About this tool

The Eisenhower Matrix, named after the US president who was famous for getting a lot done, splits tasks two ways: urgent (it has a deadline or someone is waiting) and important (it moves your real goals forward). That gives four boxes:

Do first: urgent and important, so deal with it now. Schedule: important but not urgent, so put it in the calendar; this is where most real progress happens, and it's the box that gets squeezed. Delegate: urgent but not important to you, so hand it off or keep it short. Drop: neither, so let it go.

Use the U and I buttons on any task to move it between boxes, and tick tasks off as you finish them. Your list is saved on this device and can be shared as a link; nothing is uploaded. Pair it with the Pomodoro timer to work through the "Do first" box.
